The 15th edition of the Computers, Privacy & Data Protection (CPDP) 2022 conference took place in Brussels this month. Digital Legal Lab researchers actively contributed to the conference as speakers, moderators and organizers, and we were happy to co-organize and co-sponsor panels by Digital Legal Lab members from Tilburg University and the University of Amsterdam. Catch up on our collaboration’s involvement in 10 tweets!

@jilltoh is brimming with power and passion speaking at #CPDP2022 on gigwork, data and the limits of legal action, reminding us to think about our relation to the law when working with it and being conscious of who it is designed to serve – and who not

"Why privacy matters?" A great question to finish #cpdp2022 with & what a panel to answer it. I'm lucky I had a chance to ask @neilmrichards @fborgesius @nhelberger & @mireillemoret if we can manage to safeguard our autonomy without banning behavioral ads. Now back to my thesis!
