International legal ethics conference 2024

A pre-conference for the International Legal Ethics Conference (ILEC) 2024 will soon be held on 16 July 2024.

This day-long pre-conference will prepare the groundwork for ILEC 2024 by familiarizing participants with AI regulation within the European framework and encouraging them to examine its practical impacts on the legal profession. Through a series of interactive sessions, attendees will consider the ways in which the impending EU AI Act will shape the future of legal practice. More information about the pre-conference can be read here.

Some of our Digital Legal Lab members, such as Ljubiša Metikoš, Natali Helberger, Iris van Donselaar, Eva van der Graaf and Isabella Banks are currently organising this event.
